Come Make Your Own Jewelry!

95 US dollars
Nashville Pottery

Service Description

The Silver Jewelry-Making class is designed for students of all skill levels. Silver clay is a malleable, precious metal clay that can be sculpted into jewelry, leaving behind a solid metal object after firing. The first 15 minutes of class will include a detailed demonstration. The next 90 minutes is production time for you to put your new skills to work. The last 15 minutes is for cleaning up your work station. The class includes up to 2 finished items made from 10 grams of clay. Finished pieces can include one pair of earrings, a necklace and a ring, two rings, etc. You’ll be able to take your pieces with you at the end of class, no kiln time required. All materials (hooks, clasps, etc.) will be included. Please be on time! Missing the demonstration will impact your class experience. Feel free to arrive up to 15 minutes early to sign in, get a tour of the studio, and get settled at your work station.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to class are eligible for a refund or rescheduling to a new class. Cancellations made 48-24 hours prior to class are not eligible for a refund, but will receive a credit to reschedule to a new class. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to class will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling to a new class. However, you may transfer your booking to someone else to join in your place. No-shows will be charged the full class fee. For a private event, we require a 72-hour cancellation notice for a full refund. Private event cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund. Ongoing students are permitted one cancellation per 6-week series. If a week is missed, it can be made up the week after the series ends (technically the 7th week). Keep in mind that it's not ideal for there to be more than one week between classes, as pieces will dry out and studio space is limited.
